We ship internationally, and shipping is calculated at the checkout. If you are unavailable to checkout with your country of choice, please reach out. We will make alternative arrangements where possible. 

UPS ships within 1-4 days inside Canada. 

International orders are shipped with UPS for delivery in 3-8 business days.

Express shipments are delivered in 2-5 days worldwide.

You will receive an email including shipping confirmation and tracking information. You may receive an additional email from the shipping provider. Please note that there can be limited tracking information with postal delivery once the shipment has reached its destination country.

Please contact webstore@nemesis.coffee with any requests for changes or cancellations; we will respond within 24 hours on weekdays and accept valid requests until orders have been processed for shipping.

You are eligible to return products purchased online within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, this does not apply to coffee; all coffee sales are final.

We roast coffee shop orders every Monday, quality control, and pack the coffee ready for collection by Canada Post or UPS on Wednesday.
